Old scratchpad loaded into new notes UI is ugly

Lengthy text from the old Scratchpad is not handled well when loading into the new Notes interface.

Related, long text pasted into a new note covers up the open/close control at top right.

To Reproduce Save scratchpad from older version of Antares, then upgrade and examine the All / All section in Notes.

Expected behavior

• Lines should wrap as they did in the Scratchpad, and the viewport should be similar in width. Multiple inches of horizontal scroll is unworkable.
• If wrapping is not possible, the Edit / Delete controls should always be visible without having to scroll all the way to the right.
• Ideally, text in the note should be double-click / triple-click / drag selectable for copy without having to first click Edit.
