View SQL tabs without first connecting to the database

Occasionally I want to go back and review SQL statements previously executed against a given database. However, I don't intend to actually execute those or any other new queries. It would be helpful to be able to examine the tabs and history for a connection without actually having to connect to the database.

This is also useful if the database is for some reason offline.

Describe the solution you'd like In addition to the "Connect" button on the connection properties dialog, add a "View Tabs" button. (Label doesn't matter if something more descriptive can be found.)
