Option/Setting to limit the file size a user can upload to the VOD

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Can I limit the file size a user can upload to the VOD? We would like to allow our editors to upload movies smaller than 800 MB.

Describe the solution you'd like An option/setting that would allow the user to limit the upload size.
