Enable/Disable RTMP endpoint after adding once

Like restream.io, add the RTMP end point to the stream and after that, there should be an option to only disable or enable the end point; there is no need to remove it completely and add it again.

We give priority to the issues according to the following criterias because we have good number of items in the backlog

• If it's a bug and number of users are impacted
• If it's important feature that is requested by number of users or has good impact to number of users
• If there is a business opportunity

Let me know which criterias have been met for this issue?

Also if possible to indicade next to each RTMP the it is ONLINE , like a color green for up , red for not streaming , next to each rtmp endpoint line
