Flutter AntMedia Reopen Stream Problem

In the AntMedia Flutter library, when we start a stream with the same stream ID, close it, and reopen it, participants can hear the audio, but the video is not displayed. The issue is resolved when we wait approximately 7-10 seconds before reopening a stream with the same ID; then both audio and video are transmitted flawlessly to participants. This problem is also observed in the demo web client.

Hi @MuammerKrc , Thank you for your report. When I read the report I couldn't understand the issue clearly. Could you please write a step by step scenario with the use case. Also please write expected and actual behaviour.
