Ghost Participants in the meeting. ( Circle )

Short description

Some time the participant is not shown on the participation list or Tile but it exist in the conference and can listen and talk in the conference. This usually happens when there is disconnects/network switching.

Steps to reproduce

1. Do not have reproduce scenario This usually happens when there is disconnects/network switching.

Expected behavior

if participant exist in conference call it should show up in the tile and list

Actual behavior

does not show up in tile and list but it exist in the room.

issue not reproducible

I have tried to reproduce this issue using these methods ,

1. Trigger Reconnect. I have tried to connect and disconnect my wifi network multiple time to reproduce this. -
2. Network limiter. I have tried to setup a bandwidth limit on my router to check if its reproducing.
3. We daily use the Circle in our meeting But no one has faced this issue.
