React Native peer example not reconnecting after leaving and rejoining the room again

when we leave the room and then try to rejoin the video does not appear again

Steps to reproduce

1. build react native sample peer app on two devices
2. join the room from both of the device
3. leave the room from any of the device and rejoin the room
4. stream will not get connected.

Expected behavior

Stream should get reconnected

Actual behavior

stream does not get reconnected
