Reproduce: Server has stopped working after publisher recovers sessions multiple times

Environment

• Ant Media Server version: Check the version

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable MP4 recording
2. Publish stream
3. Disconnect and Reconnect wifi quickly so that Stream is recovered. You may increase settings.webrtc.client.start.timeoutMs in order to make sure stream is recovered. You must see the following log There is a publisher in the cache to restore for stream: {streamId}
4. Repeat item above at least three times

Expected behavior

There should be single MP4 file with full recording

Actual behavior

Server restarts
