I'm having the same issue when using the load testing tool AMS provides.

Use the tool to push 45 streams for 15 minutes, then kill all the streams at once.

The server has ABR of 3 resolutions.

Expected behavior: 135 mp4 files stored in S3

Actual behavior: 96 mp4 files uploaded to S3, 39 files left in ../WebRTCAppEE/streams folder locally
