[Bug] DraggablePanel isExpand受控状态下行为异常

问题描述：针对DraggablePanel的isExpand进行受控后，展开状态下内容显示异常：

cc @rdmclin2 我简单看了下，受控模式下的样式默认不会撑满 改起来有点复杂，需要根据当前的 placement 去配置是 width 为 100% 还是 height 为 100%，你看看有没有更好的改造办法
