Description of the modifications

For some reasons, PyMAPDL layout is not aligned with the new PyAnsys theme as the upper bar is missing.

This might be related to https://github.com/ansys/pymapdl/pull/3449 thus https://github.com/ansys/ansys-sphinx-theme/pull/523 might fix it. To be confirmed.
