These are peer dependencies, should be installed separately.

I have the same problems but I Implement my own css, how I quit these warning?

I have the same problem, it happens when you don't install the dependencies (bulma and material-design-icons) and use your own css and components on navigation. As this dependencies are now optional, I think it should not show this warnings.
