@IPvSean CentOS 7.8 AMI images were set to deprecate across all AWS regions over the past couple of weeks. I made a copy of the CentOS 7.8 AMI and shared it with your AWS account. We should be able to set the default filter for the manage_ec2_instances role to point to your AWS account ID for the CentOS 7.8 AMI ami_find lookup.
reopen if this is still an issue, ticket was from August and its now October so I have not heard any updates on this issue, sorry for slow response time here
