Tidy up for new release

I have some time on my hands and I would like to refresh a little the package, address some of the issues in the queue and merge the amazing async work done by @nekonekun in #50 but I am don't remember the release process 🤦🏼 @ryanpetrello I could use some help about how to release a new version of on pypi..

Unfortunately, I no longer work for Red Hat and don't know the process for maintaining the PyPI release of tacacs_plus. You might want to reach out to @matburt or @shanemcd for clarity on this process.
