RFE: Use the output of list to find a scenario

Currently the use has to be molecule directory adjacent to run a scenario. Now that list can find all scnearios recursivley we should be able to use that list to run a scenario.

e.g. Run a scenario called foo located in collection_root/extensions/molecule/foo from collection_root
