When creating a workflow with several templates that have prompt on launch enabled for extra-vars it will not prompt when starting your workflow.

ENVIRONMENT

• AWX version: 1.0.5
• AWX install method: docker on linux
• Ansible version: 2.5.0
• Operating System: Linux
• Web Browser: Firefox 59.0.2

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create 2 job templates with extra-variables prompt on launch enabled
2. Create a workflow template and add your newly created job templates
3. Launch your workflow template

EXPECTED RESULTS

A prompt for extra-variables

ACTUAL RESULTS

Workflow executed the template, but did not prompt me for extra-variables.
