workflow approval status tooltip not reporting correctly

On the workflow approval page, after a user changes the status of a workflow, the tooltip that pops up when the user hovers over the thumbs up / thumbs down / cancel icons is not reporting correctly:

Steps to reproduce:

create a workflow job template add an approval node launch the job template visit the workflow approvals tab while staying on the list view, change the status of the approval to approve or deny (either one is fine) hover over the thumbs up or thumbs down that are now greyed out you will see the tooltip show {status} instead of the actual status
