Rename ee_extra_volume_mounts variable

This is a poorly named variable that keeps confusing people. See https://github.com/ansible/awx/issues/11604 https://github.com/ansible/awx-operator/issues/476 https://github.com/ansible/awx-operator/issues/518.

We should consider changing it to control_plane_ee_extra_volume_mounts... though that is comically long.
