The Docsite's sidebar does not scroll and is cut off

Bug Summary

The new docs site at https://ansible.readthedocs.io/projects/awx-operator is looking sharp, but the sidebar on the left with links to all of the topics is getting cut off. It is currently not possible to scroll down on the sidebar as far as I can tell.

Browser Info I am using Chrome on Fedora 38.

@oraNod or @tvo318 could you take a look at this? Or advise on a way we might be able to solve this?

@rooftopcellist Hey, that's a bit weird. From your screenshot it looks like the footer is halfway up the page. I'm guessing it's a style property that forces the bottom of the page to be higher than it should. The left nav hits that and you can't scroll past it.

I'm on F38 with Chrome and FF but can't seem to reproduce what is in your screenshot.

looked fine on my browser, didn't have any scrolling issues

I don't have any scrolling issues either and I'm on Chrome Version 120.0.6099.129 (Official Build) (x86_64) on a Mac.
