Ansibot classifies backported bugfix as new module (maybe because module was moved after branching the affected stable branch)

In ansible/ansible#48044, ansibot claims the PR contains a new module.

The module this PR affects, acme_certificate, was moved from lib/ansible/modules/web_infrastructure/ to lib/ansible/modules/crypto/acme/ after stable-2.6 was branched from devel. Maybe this confuses ansibot (since in devel, the module file modified in this PR doesn't exist)?
