Remove ansible-collections-kubernetes-core-units

Moved ansible-collections/kubernetes.core unit test to GHA. So removing the corresponding template from project-template.

Zuul encountered a syntax error while parsing its configuration in the repo ansible/zuul-config on branch master. The error was:

The project template "ansible-collections-kubernetes-core-units" was not found.

The error appears in the following project stanza:
