Should Ansible community package collection removal process be moved to docs.ansible.com?

The removal process now live in https://github.com/ansible-collections/overview/blob/main/removal_from_ansible.rst. Some time ago, the collection inclusion requirements were moved to docs.ansible.com: https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/devel/community/collection_contributors/collection_requirements.html

Should the removal process also get moved?

• If everyone is OK, the work is vacant and help would be much appreciated.
• If anyone is not OK, please suggest another place ..or tell why it should continue live there:)
