No links in the sidebar in the Developer's Guide

The links in sidebar within the Developer Guide page appear as subpages. But when these pages are opened, they are not in the sidebar hierarchy. Some of links inside of this page has the same problem. For example, Testing Ansible and Sanity Tests should be presented in the sidebar like this:

└─ Developer Guide
   └─ Testing Ansible
      └─ Sanity Tests

...but the actual state is root of the hierarchy:

Is that ok or is it a bug?
