Link to devel in the various roadmaps

I don't know if this is possible/reasonable, but maybe the roadmap documents in the different branches could have some link to the devel branch roadmap: something like "The latest roadmap will be always in the devel branch." ? I would guess that'd also increase the google rank for it. It probably seems like it is obvious to a developer but for example I didn't remember what the different branches were and thought latest would have the info that's in devel (of course, now that you reminded me about it)

We could add a note to the roadmap index pages to say see devel for the upcoming release roadmap.

Or we could backport the devel roadmap to one release earlier (aka add Ansible 11 roadmap to the Ansible 10 'latest' page).

I'm in favor of just the note because then we can backport that pr to all current releases, and any release a user lands on will have that note going forward.

If I understand this correctly, what this is asking for is a note + link from the latest roadmap to the devel roadmap indicating that that this is where to find information about upcoming releases?

That sounds like we'd need to modify the roadmap index page with a link to the devel site, and the back port that to the stable branches.

Or am I making that too complicated?
