A very quick look says this is good! I forget how we get this approved... is it a forum post? with SC poll/vote?

@samccann You've started Ansible 10 roadmap which we re-used to vote. I've also opened a forum post (Ansible 11 roadmap) and wanted to start a vote there, too. Although I think we should wait some time to start it in order for people to have enough for discussions.
