Per-service selection of the python interpreter

SUMMARY

I need a way to do per-service selection of the python interpreter. I can't use global --use-local-python because other containers doesn't have an installed interpreter

For me is quite critical this feature because I don't know any workaround to use v0.9 with my projects

No, I'm using ansible-container 0.3.0 I hope to be able to migrate all my setup to 0.9 or above versions in the next months
