(WIP) Proposal to align configuration parsers keys to modules and running-configuration sections

In Cisco's Devices, configurations in running-configuration are grouped by sections. By aligning sections and config's keys to ansible modules, it becomes more intuitive to know what data parsers are parsing, the data structure being populated, and what data to populate to push configurations to devices.
