collection plugins

  • first shot with lookup plugin and callback plugin wrapper
  • for the action plugins I need some more time as there are some unclarities (why there are action plugins, but no modules? probably this is kind of a "wrong" setup in the ara package currently)
  • have to include this into the integration tests, probably we just need to install the collection and adjust the config here: https://github.com/ansible-community/ara-collection/blob/master/tests/test_tasks.yaml#L83, then the integration tests would run with this collection plugins

Hi, sorry for the delay, I am still interested in providing wrappers as we discussed.

The collection has been lacking a bit in maintenance and I feel we must first cut a release with pending bug fixes. I will circle back to this PR once that is done.
