Add exclude option

Would be great to have the --exclude parameter exposed.

For example, I don't want to run the linter against my docs/, since it's generated automatically.

If you don't want to skip only few test types (pylint!skip) a solution could be to use the option pre-test-cmd: to delete the directories you don't want to test.

          testing-type: sanity
          pre-test-cmd: rm -rf <directory to ignore>

@thenets it seems like what you're asking is skipping the check on docs changes? I'm pretty sure --exclude does not do what you think it does. It allows skipping integration test targets by name.
