[Epic] [community] [docs] Introduce a new page "Ansible with z/OS" to the Ansible community docs

A section detailing how to use Ansible with Window and BSD currently exists in the Ansible community docs. link- https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/os_guide/index.html#using-ansible-on-windows-and-bsd

Given this, it may make sense for a z/OS presence in that same section to benefit users of Ansible community modules targeting z/OS managed nodes.

There is scope in this section for detailing configurations (both on the controller side and the host sides), requirements, some basic set up, etc.

The intention is to build a more cohesive experience for z/OS users in the Ansible community. Rather than hosting the relevant information somewhere on the Red Hat Ansible Certified Content for IBM Z docsite and expecting (hoping?) the right users find it, this effort will place the content right in the Ansible community docs alongside other relevant information specifically about Ansible. The unified docsite is more suited for information on the Ansible content provided by IBM. The Ansible community docs is a suitable place for using Ansible (how-to's, capabilities, restrictions/limitations, etc).
