[Epic] [community] [docs] Refresh Ansible community docs "FAQs - Running on z/OS"

The content currently in the Ansible community FAQ section is out of date. link- https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/reference_appendices/faq.html#running-on-z-os

That section has been identified as a good place for introducing content about using Ansible community modules with z/OS managed nodes.

The intention is to build a more cohesive experience for z/OS users in the Ansible community. Rather than hosting the relevant information somewhere on the Red Hat Ansible Certified Content for IBM Z docsite and expecting (hoping?) the right users find it, this effort will place the content right in the Ansible community docs alongside other relevant information specifically about Ansible. The unified docsite is more suited for information on the Ansible content provided by IBM. The Ansible community docs is a suitable place for using Ansible (how-to's, capabilities, restrictions/limitations, etc).
