Zabbix roles drop support for older releases

SUMMARY

Based on the Zabbix Lifecycle page found on this page, we can drop the support for older Zabbix releases with the roles. At this moment, Zabbix 4.0 LTS is the oldest Zabbix version to be supported by Zabbix, so should we. The current roles should work with Zabbix 4.0 and newer.
