Add support for dashboards (used to be screens)

I know this is not much in terms of specs, and I wouldn't assume that someone will just provide such a feature. I also doubt I have the time to implement it myself. Still, I figured that this should be tracked somewhere, as with Zabbix 5.4 the screens module becomes obsolete.

FYI: I created a rather bare-bones version that supports import/export of dashboards. With it we are able to keep the dashboards in a repository, and deploy them across Zabbix servers.
