Deprecate acknowledge_operations in the Action module

SUMMARY

As noted in the documentation, acknowledge_operations have actually been called update_operations since 4.0 but we still use acknowledge as the primary name and then alias update. Suggest that we officially deprecate acknowledge and standardize on update and then remove acknowledge either with 3.0 or 4.0
