Network interface pci_slot number on VM creation and also option to modify it later

SUMMARY

For the community.vmware.vmware_guest component when creating a VM would be very useful to have the option to specify the pci_slot number for each network interface

For the community.vmware.vmware_guest_network component would be very useful to have an option to modify the pci_slot number of an existing network interface of a VM.
