@hunleyd fyi i was surprised to see this when grepped for 3.0.0 after merging all those PRs we added to the 3.0.0 milestone. we forgot about this one As I'm not prepared to do this right now and we should release 3.0.0 as quickly as possible, moved this to 4.0.0
