This a complement to the PR #8226 , in which a number of MH features are deprecated.

The Arch Linux tests currently fail due to Arch upgrading their Python from 3.11 to 3.12, https://github.com/ansible-community/images/pull/74 + some follow-up in c.g will fix it. (Unfortunately Zuul is so... damn... slow...)
