Add support for bootscripts to the scaleway_compute module

SUMMARY

The scalway_compute module does not provide any way to specify neither the boot_type nor the bootscript information. Therefore, only the local boot_type is available.

Please consider adding some kind of boot_type and bootscript parameters to the scaleway_compute module.
