MH CmdModuleHelper: deprecation

SUMMARY

Since the introduction of CmdRunner in April 2022, it should be preferred to CmdMixin and the derived classes CmdModuleHelper and CmdStateModuleHelper.

This PR deprecates CmdMixin.
