flatpak, flatpak_remote: provide a way to list installed flatpaks or remotes

Summary

Currently neither ansible.builtin.package_facts nor community.general.flatpak can return a list of installed flatpaks (or flatpak remotes).

It might make sense to add a new module for that (flatpak_facts or flatpak_info - I guess here _facts would be ok).
