Prompt/Response similar to iosCommand

SUMMARY

It would be helpful if we could prompt and respond to issue commands such as crypto ca import CERT certificate.

This has been implemented on iosCommand.

Currently, it simply times out when the ASA prompts for a password, yes\no, etc.
