Facing issue of bin/sh directory

I am installing brutesubs all things are going perfect but the default installation directory is bin/sh but all the application are installed in usr/local/bin and that's why the easy_install and pip commands are not working any solution for it? Please reply asap Thanks in advance Piyush kumar
