Humble, Auto-Features, Timestamps and Performance

I had some issues

• compiling the node on jimmy/humble
• activating auto features from ini-file
• get proper timestamps for synchronization
• performance issues for not beeing multithreaded

I fixed them in the attached patch, in case someone has a use for it.
