[Bug] Publisher information is not retrieved.

Thanks for the great plugin. The problem is that publisher information is often not retrieved. When I check the Google Books site, it seems that it is not retrieving the publisher's information when a link to the publisher is provided. This seems to indicate that the information can be retrieved from the "inpublisher: "Daishukan Shoten" part, so please consider improving this.
