[Feature Request] Add support for Open Library

I own several books that are not available in Google Books. An example is "On Food and Cooking" by Harold McGee, ISBN10: 0684800012 (the first edition from 1984 is available in Google Books, but the current one with the read cover from 2004 is not).

There's the Open Library (made by the Internet Archive) that also has a nice free books API which usually contains those books that are not available in Google Books.

I would very much appreciate a support for that library in this plugin.
