Smoothing STL

Hi, thirst of all i would like to thank you for this free software which is perfect for my application. Just i would like to know if it's possible to modify the final quality of the stl file ? I mean, when i generate the stl file, i can see some triangles, rectangles and faces on the curves which are parallele to Z axis. STL FILE .

Or do you have any other idea to smooth the generated stl file ?

I think it could be an option with a scalar number or smothing like that.
