How to install this extension properly?

Sorry, I seem to miss that part, or can't find it in the documentation, but how to install this add-on properly? I have homassistant green 2024.8.3.

Do I have to install it via the ssh console?

You have to install the https://hacs.xyz add-on to get access to the HACS part!
