Collapse comment + hide children instead of just hiding children

The comment disclosure button would be more intuitive and useful if it collapsed the comment and hid the children instead of just hiding the children.

More intuitive because the disclosure button currently sits above the comment, yet has no effect on the comment itself.

More useful because I like to collapse comments as I go down a thread. It helps me read much like putting a finger on a page.
