The program does not translate

Hello, I am using this site for the first time. I downloaded the program and at first I was doing a few translations via Google Translate. However, after a while it started to not translate. Can you help me with this? Also, do you have Discord or any other support server? The site is complicated, I'm using it for the first time, can you help me?

@Vitobx Well, most of the games have worked for me so far. The only game that didn't work for me was Parasite Black. Sometimes errors can occur in the code when unpacking .rpa. What does your log file say?
