[URGENT] FFS threads are disappearing

WIP such as https://forum.getmonero.org/9/work-in-progress/87082/proposal-for-kovri-dev are no longer listed in *any* section on the forum. Fortunately, I saved a direct link so I can still read the thread that way.

For some reason, this stopped working https://github.com/monero-project/monero-forum/commit/f463765ba7f4446e464be26f4056609783daef47. Now the entire contents of messages are being emailed to me.
